Description of Position and Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all manufacturing fabrication schedules at all plant locations, covering all product lines. This position provides a focal point for communicating job status to both internal and external customers. It is the responsibility of this position to assist the Director of Production in determining accurate labor loading levels to assure timely delivery of all products while maintaining efficiency at the plant. This position will coordinate the availability of labor and materials for the Manufacturing plants, while doing the best job possible to meet customer needs of product quality and delivery. 1. Maintain database of all current projects, providing status of each project and storing this information on the network in order that all personnel have access to it 2. Produce Fabrication Schedules for use by various personnel for each Plant location, separated by product line. Maintained on a momentary basis and published weekly 3. Advise internal and external customers of anticipated shipping schedules and maintain contact with each customer as necessary to assure a simple delivery in accordance with customer needs. 4. Maintain a good working relationship with factory personnel as to provide the highest possible level of customer service. 5. Coordinate with Purchasing 6. Determine which Plant will produce a particular project-balancing the planned output of a given plant with the receipt of orders. 7. Coordinate dollar value of projects shipped with Contract-s sales forecast for Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reporting. 8. Provide a single point of communication for all plants when a change or modification to a released project is requested, documenting the request for change and determining the status of the project. 9. Assist plant personnel as needed to insure full and accurate communications 11. Provide status updates 12. Assist customers in coordinating deliveries especially when special delivery equipment is involved 13. Assist in the creation of order documentations 14. Create and modify jobs within Syteline 15. Lead production planning coordination meetings involving operations and factory personnel 16. Resolve freight issues.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications/Education: 1. High school diploma or GED. 2. Demonstrated proficiency in computer sills 3. Ability to negotiate situations while under time constraints 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills 5. Two years- experience in Production Planning or equivalent 6.
